Meant to also clarify, the X-Ray does not use blue LEDs, but rather, the casing is blue. It has the ability to be used as a night light (single internal LED which illuminates the case). It, as with the other eternaLight products, uses white LEDs, which would blind the cars approaching you for behind, thereby reducing your rear facing fingerprint.
