You have no idea how insulting this sort of attitude is. Is there an element of self-control? Yes. But until you experience this literally months on end, exercising control months on end, when you wake up thinking about it, go to sleep thinking about it, dream about it and live it every moment of your life there is a limit to self control. I know that is my experience talking atleast, can't say anything for the OP, maybe its the same for him but it is never easy.
