Rest of bike, with your hydraulic discs (or BB7, which are fine!): another $2000, assuming you want decent wheels, tires, handlebars, seat, headset, lights, ? front generator hub, etc.
Grab the CIVIA Alfine off-the-shelf for $1800 and call it a day.
