I never cease to be amazed at how many people want to stuff fat tires or even fenders in a bike like the Kilo TT, which has extremely tight clearances. Of all the "track" bikes sold by bd, with the possible exception of the MTT, the Kilo TT has the tightest clearances. If you want to put fat tires on a track bike and still have fairly trackish geo, there are so many far better choices (All-City Big Block, Surly Steamroller etc). The kilo TT is meant for skinny tires, period. Not hatin' on you OP, just telling it like it is.
