Decent price for the group, in my opinion but I am not sure I would want to modify the Raleigh frame set to accommodate the wider drop space needed to accommodate the new hub. You will be going from 120mm to 130mm and that, in my mind, is quite a bit to bend the stays.

None the less, it should work, but I personally would never attempt such a modification.
