Bikes: Some bikes. Hell, they're all the same, ain't they?

My brothers did the p90x for 90 days and that's it. They stopped doing it. They achieved great results. Now they stopped working out altogether. It would be great for someone needing to get in shape fast for a wedding or event, but not for a lifetime.
I started using it regularly in late 2009, a few months before this thread started. It's been two years and I still go to it for most of my off-bike exercise.

I was up to 235 back then, and I weighed 188 this morning. I can do more pullups than I've ever done before, I can run faster for longer, and when I go to the beach now, I'm more embarrassed about my extreme farmer's tan than a gut and skinny arms. I can keep up reasonably well with guys half my age in a casual soccer game. People who haven't seen me in a year go, "Dude, you're skinny as s***!" I'm still a few pounds away from what I weighed at the end of boot camp eleven years ago, but I'm stronger and faster than I was then, too.

[shill] P90X2 is coming soon. [/shill ]
