Maybe a 1995 issue frame? I've taken it and made it into my primary street machine. Installed some road tires called Drifters, they have an inverse tread on them, touring bars, new saddle, new cassette, derailleur, and chain. Oh and tail and head lights. It's been awesome and was found on the way to the dump in 2006 and preserved because of the BioPace crank set but become part of the family.
