at risk of showing my age, radio shack used to have an am radio that mounted on the handlebars, speaker facing rider.
probably meant for a kid's bike, not really built to absorb shocks and no quick release.

at the top of this site is an ad for various things by the same marketer, one of which is a mounted radio. no idea whether external speakers.
