Legend Creek Cycles was operated out of Euclid Bike & Ski in Euclid Ohio in the early/mid 1980's. They made custom frames to order. They used mostly (only?) Reynolds 531 tubing. I don't know how many they build or when they ceased operations. But I don't think they were in the business very long. Their work was nice.
