Bike not straight in Kinetic trainer
I purchased a Kinetic Rock and Roll trainer a couple of weeks ago. When I got it home and set it up, my bike didn't sit straight up in trainer. It leaned slightly to the right.
I emailed customer support and they suggested I center the bike on the roller. Did it, but the bike still leaned right. Customer support hinted that they would exchange it, but by then the box and styrofoam was in the trash.
Solved the lean by putting a 3/4 inch board under the right leg of the trainer.
Would you just live with the board under the leg, or would you go through the hassle of mailing the trainer back to Kinetic?
I may try to exchange it through the LBS I purchased it from.
What would you do?
