I emailed customer support and they suggested I center the bike on the roller. Did it, but the bike still leaned right. Customer support hinted that they would exchange it, but by then the box and styrofoam was in the trash.
Solved the lean by putting a 3/4 inch board under the right leg of the trainer.
Would you just live with the board under the leg, or would you go through the hassle of mailing the trainer back to Kinetic?
I may try to exchange it through the LBS I purchased it from.
What would you do?
Are you sure it's the trainer? It could easily be the floor it's sitting on that is out. I've come to the conclusion that level floors and plumb walls, don't actually exist, this was determined after trying to hang wallpaper in a checker board pattern. Gave up on the wallpaper, BTW.
