Bikes: Giant XTC 1 SE

One thing that seems to help. On my weekend morning rides, which are usually my long rides, I don't take my Beta until I am thru with ride. One other thing that seems to help and that is to do deep breathing BEFORE I get to a climb or before I sprint.
