I got a King because I wanted the best. Never did try out the regular GXP that came with my S300's... Later on when I would find myself with a RED crankset, I decided to swap the RED's team GXP for the King... I have not put many miles on either BB's but I can definitely feel that the king BB will last me a very, very long time.
