my standard answer, since you don't like front basket..... wald folding baskets on the rear. you could get a small cooler to put them in (keeps them cold and clean impresses the people you deliver to.......better tips) and juse empty cups to keep the fit so that filled cups don't fall over. advantage over milk crate is lower center of gravity...disadvantage up front cost. but as you can fold them out of the way I am guess that would appeal to you
