I've got the CK BB with Omniums on my Coltello:
So far working very nicely, unfortunately I do not have a lot of miles on this bike yet so can't give you a long term opinion.
FYI because of the stepped spindle on the Omnium, you'll have extra bits (adaptor sleeve and disc spring) involved in the assembly:
FWIW on my Windsor 'The Hour' I'm running an S300 crank with the "stock" BB, and have had no issues creaking or otherwise. The Windsor is (one) of my commute bikes, so it's out in the rain quite a bit. Have had the S300 on the Windsor for a couple years now, IIRC.
All frames were faced and chased prior to install.
