Thank you everyone. FYI, I bought the bike today for $325. (And that was before I saw your post, wrk101!) It rides pretty perfectly and is in astoundingly good condition...it is indeed a Schwinn Super Sport fitted completely with Shimano 600 components, and it literally only has a 3-4 identifiable scratches on it.
I feel pretty good.

Some sellers won't budge, despite asking too much. If so, move on.
