Since this forum drools over Varsitys, Surly bikes will be a big hit in another 10-15 years. Same for Soma. And Torelli makes some nice steel frames. And Mondonico.

Tommassini has some very nice steel frames.

Not sure if you can get them in the U.S. but Basso has a nice lugged steel bike: http://www.bassobikes.com/en-Uk/viper-vintage.php

And don't forget all the builders that attend the NAHBS.
