yeah both steel. here's a pic of the bike w/out the steel shorty fenders I put on it. also is pic of aluminum drops that I have on my px10. the aluminum bars are lighter but the classic steel track bars give me more of an athletic position that is more ideal for the city than riding with head down in the drops
