if you want a relaxed geometry bike, get a surly steamroller or cross check.
if you want a track bike with more aggressive geometry get a pake, kilo tt, or the excel from retrogression.
I believe OP was looking for legit reviews of this frame, not people who have never ridden one trashing a picture of it and recommending the bikes they want.
