Yep, got a Peugeot mixte a month or so ago. Similar set up, rail for the generator on the inside seatstay. Mine was missing the tail light and the tires were so hard it could barely turn the generator with the headlight loading it. Wiring is the same as yours. Has a rear rack. 27" wheels. Not a Peugeot expert by any means, but everything looks stock. I think it might have been a Euro model brought over to the US.
