Better have Xray eyes... around here folks darken their windows so the interior of the car doesn't heat up in the sunlight. Also I learned to avoid the doorzone when I was riding past a parked car near the University and a student that had been apparently sleeping between classes suddenly threw the door open and ran off to class.

I think staying out of the door zone is safer than trying to expect the unexpected.
