My biggest problem is with motorists who forget to turn on their headlights or think that they don't need them in the early morning when it's just starting to get light. I commute to work five days a week. I have a flexible schedule and don't have to get there early, but I like the early morning ride when I'm one of the few people out on the residential streets I use for commuting. However, I do have to cross some busy streets with early morning traffic. Yesterday morning came within a few seconds of being creamed by a dark van running without headlights. For a while at least, I'm not heading off on the bike until the sun is up.
