I have a pair of Weyless hubs, lacking one skewer, though; and I don't have any idea how to replace the cartridge bearings, at least one of which sounds dry -- there's a large, almost invisible C-clip involved, but I haven't a clue about how one might remove the axle, preload the bearings, etc. If you want a rear hub to match your front, I might be willing to trade for something juicy (and not a fruit, nor other carnal favors).

We deserve more and better photos -- if you're just going to tease, that's not very nice.
