After riding these tires for a while i have to say, though they are very supple, i find them not to have enough traction. There just aren't enough side knobs on them. I live in a pretty dry and sandy area and in corners where i wasn't washing out before on my clinchers i was on these. And i was running much lower pressure than i had before in the clinchers. If your races are mainly grass then these are probably fine but if it gets loose whatsoever you are going to be wishing for more bite.
