when I saw your post I realized just what I was reading, but I thought I would leave my post as it was to get a rise out of some of the folks here.

I am not sure just which 'kit' I am buying but I don't think I've had the kevlar. again I never noticed and length issues with my bikes. yes fitting the end ferrules to some brakes can be tricky but workable. I think someone nade a reference to the ferrule sticking out of the hood? I don't mind that too much especailly if it helps keeping the cable from flopping over.

I just which Jagwire or someone made more and better colors, and like the old Clarks cables ran a colored plastic coating along the length of the shifter cables
