I recently purchased a blank, hollow lugged, track frame with the word "champion" stamped on the BB. The only thing i found online is this photo (http://thefoxisblack.com/blogimages//garciasons_08.jpeg) which appears to have the same hollow lugs. Can anyone help me identify it?
