nope, but it looks pretty nice! I Like the looong spearpoint seat lug, the early-ish under-bottom-bracket cabling, but bolted calipers says it's a "transition period", like late '70s or very early '80s. Interesting blend of features, even though they are Shimano (short) DOs I bet it's a European frame. They earliest (EU) adopters of Shimano DOs were Austrian and Dutch, and both liked to use 531 tubing. Doesn't look like a A-D/Steyr/Puch so... I think it might be Dutch.
