If its a decent frame that fits you, just hang onto it if you aren't desperate for the money. At various times I've had spare frames lying around and have always ended up using them at on time or another. You'll probably upgrade your new frame to the point that you can reassemble your old bike. I've done that before, then you have a spare for crappy weather.
