Happened to me, and eBay did nothing about it. The seller said he just found out that the group was broken, so he was canceling the sale. He refunded my money, then put up the components for sale again, this time with a better title. I was tempted to bid $1,000,000 and just not pay, but decided to make do with negative feedback.
