I paid about that for my 91 (see sig) but mine had been updated with new wheels/tires, Ultegra crankset and STI so for me it was a nice frame with stuff I wanted on it anyway. Please note I consider STI a MAJOR upgrade over DT Shifters. I have since upgraded it further with a Dura Ace 7700 crankset/rear d/BB (best BB ever.) They are nice bikes, but unless you are attached to the "pedigree" you can certianly find a better value elsewhere.
