In my desperate search for a small or ladies road bike, I came upon this. Any idea if this is a bianchi or not? What is it? Any good? There looks to be a bit of rust, but at $200, I'd be willing to take a chance if it is a good bike. I have yet to find out where the forza lies in the hierarchy.
