The trail is very nice, and access to the park at he end of the trail (Highlands Hammock State Park) is inexpensive. Inside the park is a nice loop road through the Hammock and a CCC museum that is worth visiting.
A word of caution however, there are a lot of 'at grade' crossing on the trail, and a member of our local bike club was struck by a woman in a car while riding his Catrike along the trail and nearly killed. He still suffers some effects from the trauma, so keep your eyes open when crossing the driveways and roads that cross this trail.
