Not a terribly desirable saddle I dont think.

The bike looks to be in good shape, if you want it to ride it and enjoy it, probably around or under the $100 mark, a little more if you really like it. If i was buying it to flip it... no more than $40. but 3-speeds just don't sell around here and i generally dont care to ride them, so that reflects my opinions a bit.
