This is what I did. I found BB7's for about $20 more than the cost of non-eBay replacement pads for the BB5's so I upgraded. FWIW, I found it to be a huge difference, though I upgraded my brake levers at the same time, so that may also have been a factor. But the BB5's are OK.

I'd jump on this deal.
