Found Bike Forums whilst googling to find out what a 'fred' was, having seen the term used ad nauseam on a funny bike blog I read. This is the gist of what I found: http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...9#post13544419

Here's my regular ride, 1972 Lambert I bought as frame 30 years ago and cobbled together from bits and pieces culled from a bent Le Tour and stuff I bought cheap at LBS and eBay, plus some woodwork of my own doing:


Also have a Kona Lava Dome for the really dirty and bumpy trails.
