What width is your tires actually.
Depending on the manufacturer, the claimed size of the tire is not always accurate. For example, a kenda excavator in a 26x2.35 is a bit big for a 2.35(try 2.5) where a 2.5 maxxis is more along the lines of a 2.35. Since the season is pretty much over at the pumptrack, switched from the small block eights to something that won't slip and slide on the smooth surface of an indoor skatepark. In this case on with the G1 Experts, which are claimed to be 2.25, when I noticed on the inside on the casing
26x2.50, took out the micrometer and measured the width of the tire, sure enough 26x.50.
