I have this Jacket and like it. I has a semi soft surface and is warm. It washes well and still looks good after two years of use. It is not as warm as some jackets but will meet your temperature needs.

When it is cold, 40 or less I wear a long sleeve jersey under it, and when it is really cold I also wear a long sleeve base layer.
