If you don't mind a Presta/Schrader 'smart' head set up
I have been very pleased with my Nashbar L'Orange Floor Pump.

I know some folks don't like that.

Very sound construction quality to my eye and I like the gauge up top where it is easier for me to see.
A year into using it I have had zero problems and it works very well for me.

They usually have it for about $40 'on sale' and I used a 20% coupon so I thought it was a good deal for $32 plus shipping.

I figure if the 'smart' head ever goes bad I will just switch to a different type of head.

My neighbor saw me using mine and liked it so much he ordered one and likes his as well.

As they say on the bike forums "Your mileage may vary."(YMMV)
