Lemonds have a very loyal following. People in the know snap them up very quickly on ebay. They had a good lineup from beginners to cyclocross bikes, steel, al, and cf, something for everyone.
If they reappeared with the same quality and value, I think they'd have lots of buyers waiting. They'd sell based on the merits of the machine, politics aside.
+1...You still see a lot of LeMonds around here. I own seven of them and do not have to Google them to form an opinion.
