Since I ride recumbents that are the most safe bikes on the road, a sex change as you suggest is not necessary.

How ever it might be in order for DF riders who do not wear helmets. It would make them more aerodynamic as they go over the handle bars. Wouldnt do much to protect their heads tho.

Btw since the safety institutes report has laid to rest the basic question, and shows helmets in fact do their job, may I suggest this. Since the fat lady has sung, mabye I could arrange for her to come over and give you a big hug.
