Upgrade fever even before buying the bike
I'm spec-ing out parts for my new bike and I've caught upgrade fever even before I've bought anything. I keep justifying buying better (and consequently more expensive) parts because they would last longer, and I'd end up getting those anyway sometime down the line. Better to save money and not buy the intermediate part.
This happened the last time I built something. My computer started with a $500 budget and ballooned to $1000.
I've got to balance out my wants/needs/utility/value.
This happen to you guys?
