Looks like the long, wide concave fluting on the seatstay caps and the lug cutouts are a close match, too:



The owner of the subject bike is guessing the vintage as around 1978; it's a restoration. The OP's bike, while rusty, looks to be well-put-together. A lovely candidate for saving!
