The blue version of it came speced french (Mavic mostly). It is a fair price. The Vitus 980 tubed bikes were one level below these, also came with Campy drivetrains (Triomphe and Victory), were about $500 less expensive and actually weighed about .5-1 pound less. Thus the Vitus tubed PSN10's are not that uncommon, but these buggers are.
Peugeot used Reynolds 531 through 1996 and through at least 1989 in the U.S. What unique about the ebay frame is the size....54cm frames were only offered in that model.
