The measurement technique shown above will usually produce a reading that is 3-5mm longer than the advertised length. For example, if you get around 113mm, then it's a 110. The resaon for this is the length is actually defined as a line running parallel to the stem, but through the center of the bar clamp (not the top) , to the centerline of the steering tube.
