It sounds to me like you had one mishap and you think it's likely to happen again. If it really is a frequent occurrence, find out what you're doing to cause it and fix that. If it is a one time event, then it seems you're assuming this will be a common problem. If it was a common problem, bicycle shorts would be designed to accommodate a cup.
