No, violated the rule about excessive good-natured humor...

I stand by my original statement. In this case, elimination of the discomfort seems the best route (probably by avoidance, not by wearing a cup). I've never been HTFU to ignore this particular kind of pain and discomfort...

Castration will eliminate any further worry about pain in the crotchalur areas. This way if you haven't figured out how to anticipate stops and adjust your gearing prior to starting again you're not gonna bang yer boyz up.

Castration. It eliminates worry.

And the need to shave.

1. Buy a bike that fits
2. maintain it regularly
3. HTFU (not the dangly bits, but the general outlook)

A step thru frame will not only remove the top tube/junk contact ,
for all practical purposes.

But, when you do fulfill your biological imperative, and breed a child ,
you won't kick the little bugger in the head, swinging your leg over the child seat.

Luckily, I missed any soft tissue, however it freaked my out a bit. So is it prudent to wear a cup to protect your testicles? What precautions should I take to be safe?

thanks!
Go to hardware store, buy a length of water pipe insulation foam, cut foam to fit top bar, tie foam on in three placed with black zip ties, ride off with no more worries.

You did have someone put the accident up on You Tube, right?

get enough Hits , and they send you some of the advertizing money
they earned around your Vid.
