I took my 2008 R3 in for service and wanted the shop to check out a clicking noise that occurred on every pedal revolution. They found a tiny crack in the bottom bracket. Cervelo provided a new 2012 frame, fork, seat post and crank set at no charge.
And the "sky hook" was unstoppable.
