That stem looks like a Cinelli and should fit your drop bars. It will, however, be a tight fit and will require a bit of twisting and jiggering as you go through the bends. Take out the rubber wedge and slip it back into place when you get the bars on. A little graphite or grease on the bars may help it go on easier.
Best to read the entire post (or at least the first 3). The OP advised he gave the wrong link in his first post, showing the Cinelli stem; the corrected link in the third post is to the Kalloy.
