I used to have mine flat but it was kind of uncomfortable when I'd try to get low like in the drops. The nose of the saddle would press against sensitive areas. So I lowered it and now it's slightly nose down. To me, it feels more comfortable that way. But I think I'm in the minority and assume that most people just have it flat.
