Perfectly level on mine when I used it for 4-5 years on 3 bikes (great saddle).

For what it is worth, I bought a TT bike 2 years ago that came with this Profile Design saddle. It is almost the exact same shape and size as the Arione but with a small amount of extra padding on the nose. I am a little more comfortable on really long rides with this saddle and now own 3 of them instead of the Arione.
